Atty. Ceferino Benedicto Jr.
Managing Director
With an extensive background in corporate law and data privacy, Atty. Ceferino Benedicto Jr. leads Privacy Key Specialists PH with a commitment to helping organizations build robust privacy compliance programs. He brings years of legal expertise as Managing Partner at Entero Benedicto Agatep Regañon (EBAR) and Partners, and serves as Corporate Secretary for several prominent corporations.
Atty. Benedicto also shares his knowledge as a faculty member at the Entrepreneur's School of Asia and Southville Foreign University, empowering future leaders to navigate legal and privacy challenges.
Raymund Liboro

Raymund Enriquez Liboro served as the inaugural Privacy Commissioner of the Philippines' National Privacy Commission (NPC) from March 2016 until his term concluded in December 2021. Under his leadership, the NPC advanced the country's data protection policies, aligning them with global standards.
Notably, in October 2018, the Philippines secured a voting seat on the executive committee of the International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners, reflecting the nation's growing influence in international data privacy discussions. Liboro's tenure was marked by significant strides in data privacy advocacy and policy development.
Eric Gonzales

As a Trainer for the National Privacy Commission and a Certified Data Protection Officer (ACE Level 1), Eric Gonzales brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as a Data Privacy Consultant.
He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of the Philippines, where he graduated with honors. Eric's dedication to data privacy is matched by his leadership skills, having served as Vice Lord Chancellor of External Affairs for the UP Alpha Sigma Fraternity.
Robert Ibay

As a Trainer for the National Privacy Commission and a Certified International Privacy Technologist (CIPT) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Robert Ibay brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as a Data Privacy Consultant.
After finishing his degree in Management Information Systems at Ateneo De Manila University, he is now currently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at the University of the Philippines.
Hazel Zaballero

Hazel Zaballero brings extensive experience in marketing, organizational development and facilitation to her role as Marketing Head at Privacy Key Specialists PH. She has a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and promoting data privacy awareness. Hazel also serves as an Organization Development Practitioner at Verasie Inc. and is a certified Life Coach and Relationship Counselor, reflecting her passion for personal and professional growth.

Previously, Hazel was a Trainer and Facilitator at MindHead Inc., and held key leadership roles as the Alternate Philippine Private Sector Representative to the ASEAN Federation of Textile Industries and as a Private Sector Representative on the Clothing and Textile Industry Tripartite Council. She holds a BS in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
